熱鍍鋅方管：是在使用鋼板或者是鋼帶卷曲成型后焊接制成的方管，并在這種方管的基礎(chǔ)上將方管置于熱鍍鋅池中經(jīng)過一系列化學(xué)反響有形成的一種方管。熱鍍鋅方管的生產(chǎn)工藝較為簡(jiǎn)答，但是生產(chǎn)效率是很高的，品種規(guī)格也多，但這種方管所需要的設(shè)備和資金很少，和適合小型鍍鋅方管廠家的生產(chǎn)。但是從強(qiáng)度上來說這種鋼管的強(qiáng)度是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于無縫方管的。

而冷鍍鋅方管是在所用的方管上利用冷鍍鋅的原理來使方管具有防腐蝕的性能。與熱鍍鋅不同冷鍍鋅涂料主要通過電化學(xué)原理來進(jìn)行防腐，因此必須保證鋅粉與鋼材的充分接觸，產(chǎn)生電極電位差，所以鋼材表面處理很重要。

Different from hot-dip galvanizing, cold-dip galvanizing coatings are mainly anti-corrosion based on electrochemical principle. 鍍鋅方管有熱鍍鋅方管和冷鍍鋅方管兩大類。熱鍍鋅方管有濕法、干法、鉛鋅法、氧化還原法等。不同熱鍍鋅方法的主要區(qū)別在鋼管酸浸清洗后，用什么方法活化管體表面提高鍍鋅質(zhì)量?，F(xiàn)生產(chǎn)中主要采用干法和氧化還原法，其特點(diǎn)見表。

The main difference between different hot-dip galvanizing methods is how to activate the surface of pipe body to improve galvanizing quality after acid leaching cleaning. 冷鍍鋅的鋅層表面十分光滑致密、組織均勻;具有良好的力學(xué)性能和抗腐蝕能力;鋅耗比熱鍍鋅低60%～75%。電鍍鋅在技術(shù)上有一定的復(fù)雜性，但對(duì)單面鍍層，內(nèi)外表面鍍層厚度不同的雙面鍍層，以及薄壁管鍍鋅等皆須采用此法。

The surface of cold galvanized zinc coating is smooth, compact and uniform in structure. It has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The consumption of zinc is 60%-75% lower than that of hot galvanized zinc.
