本周北京方管市場價格偏強運行。價格方面：截至12月25日，北京市場津西產(chǎn)200*200H型鋼價格為4480元，較上周市場價格漲460元；唐山產(chǎn)25#矩形管價格為4410元，較上周市場價格漲20元；唐山產(chǎn)16#槽鋼價格為4350元，較上周市場價格漲50元，唐山產(chǎn)5#方管價格為4410元，較上周市場價格漲120元。(以上唐山資源價格均為過磅含稅）
前期，原料市場供應資源緊張，焦炭、鐵礦石、天然氣等價格出現(xiàn)暴漲，坯料價格三日內(nèi)累漲290元，現(xiàn)貨市場價格開啟“瘋狂”季，上游企業(yè)面臨高成本壓力出廠價格紛紛上調百元，單日最高漲幅達310元，隨著市場價格持續(xù)拉高，部分方管廠家有惜售心態(tài)，但是價格過高方管廠家囤貨意愿大幅降低，市場報價也較為混亂，部分方管廠家采取一單一議的方式報價，可操作空間較大。但是隨著黑色系集體弱勢反轉，成本寬幅下移，下游看空情緒占主導，采購意愿更加謹慎，也臨近月底部分有快速回籠資金獲利的意愿，市場低價競爭較為惡劣，北方市場跌幅擴大之勢南方市場僅是穩(wěn)中下調。但是國內(nèi)氣候大面積轉冷，終端需求減弱，整體交投一直維持低位。
成本端走弱市場看空情緒較濃，而唐山環(huán)保限產(chǎn)部分方管廠內(nèi)庫存已經(jīng)見底，市場可流通資源較為緊張，天氣轉冷終端采購也逐漸減弱，臨近年底方管廠家有回籠資金的意愿，預計下周北京方管市場價格趨弱運行。
